indent Abstract
The aim of this work was to explore the effects of continuous planning and realization of programme contents of Physical education teaching, and the effects of standard planning and realization of programme contents of Physical education teaching which are most often applied in series of a certain number of lessons. The research has longitudinal experimental character (pedagogical experiment with parallel groups). The experimental treatment, included 300 subjects, divided into four specific sub specimens - according to gender and age criteria. Variables which were used in this research belong to the complex of predictor variables from five different spaces. In the analysis of the data obtained by empiric research, the following procedures were used for calculating significance of differences in effects of application of different program contents: multivariant analysis of variance, Roy's test, discriminative analysis, univariant analysis of covariance, multivariant analysis of covariance. Physical education teaching with continuous education and improving of programme contents did not have statistically significant influence on anthropometric characteristics oft male and female subjects. It had significant positive influence on improvement of the results of motor abilities, sport-technical achievement, level of theoretical knowledge about Physical education and exercise and attitudes toward Physical education lessons and values of Physical Culture and as such it can be reliable basis and recommendation of modern Physical education teaching, with permanent upgrade of contemporary knowledge.
